Before reaching out, take a look at our FAQ section — you might find your answer right away! We’ve gathered the most common questions to make things easy for you.

We want you to love your KimchiMama refrigerator. If for any reason you need to return your purchase, please review the following policy:


Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for new and unused products.


Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping, which can be up to $300 depending on location. This cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 30% will apply if the product has been opened or used.


Refund Processing: Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected at our facility.


In cases of defective or damaged merchandise, a replacement or exchange will be provided at no cost to the buyer.


If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery, note the damage on the Bill of Lading, and request that it be returned to sender.


Then, contact us right away so we can assist with a replacement.

Your KimchiMama refrigerator is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering parts and labor.


Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.


This warranty does not cover:
Accessories or consumable parts
Physical or cosmetic damage
Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs

For warranty service or questions, please contact our customer support team with your model and serial number.

Our standard delivery service includes In-Home Delivery (ground floor or first floor) in most areas.


In certain regions, only Curbside Delivery may be available, where the freight is delivered to the end of your driveway (where it meets the street).


To confirm the delivery service available in your area, please contact us with your shipping ZIP code.


Packaging Removal
Removal of packaging materials is not included, but is available by selecting our White Glove Service option where available.

We currently ship to street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Free shipping is available to most areas within the contiguous United States.

However, some remote locations may not be eligible. In such cases, your order may be cancelled, and we will contact you to notify you beforehand.

Order Processing
Most orders ship within 48 hours after your order is received.


Once your order has been processed for shipment, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking information and delivery instructions.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.


Cancellations made after shipment will be treated as a return and subject to all applicable shipping and restocking fees.

Estimated Transit Times
Eastern U.S.: 5–10 business days
Central U.S.: 10–14 business days
Western U.S.: 14–21 business days
