Refund policy

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for new and unused products.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping. This cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee for up to 30% will apply if the product has been opened or used.

Refund Processing: Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected at our facility.

In cases of defective or damaged merchandise, a replacement or exchange will be provided at no cost to the buyer.

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery, note the damage on the Bill of Lading, and request that it be returned to sender.

Then, contact us right away @sales@kimchimamausa.com so we can assist with a replacement.
